Monthly Drop-in Mindfulness Class

When: Last Tuesday of each month
Description: These sessions are for personal growth, reflection and mindfulness exercises in a mediated group setting for physicians. This workshop will help you live in the present each day with less worries about the future and less ruminations of the past. In each session you will also be guided through different meditations. Research demonstrates tremendous improvements in physical and mental health, including improved stress management, from regular mindfulness practice.
